Scheduling I would like to schedule a meet-and-greet with you and your companion to customize your pet care plan. It is important that your companion feels secure with me and that we are able to meet at least 7 days prior to you leaving town. A $25 meet and greet fee will need to be made prior to the appointment. Payments and Cancellation An invoice will be sent to you with information on how to provide your payment. Your desired dates will not be secured until a payment is made. A 5% administration fee will be added to last- minute invoices. Cancellation fee will be 20% of your final bill. No refunds will be made if clients arrives early or departs later than scheduled. Traveling Being at the appointment on time will always be a high priority. Your traveling sitter will have a one hour window after the scheduled time to arrive. If your sitter will be late for any reason, you will be notified immediately. Key Release Two (2) working house keys must be provided at the time of the meet and greet. If you are in a gated community, a remote or gate code is required, as well. Pictures and Updates You will be sent pictures and updates on your family member via text message; please let us know if you would prefer not to get updates. Traveling Pet Sitter will use pictures of your companion on Facebook and Instagram to keep platforms updated. Please let us know if you prefer us not to do so. Medical Veterinarian information will need to be provided in case your companion requires care. Traveling Pet Sitter is not liable for veterinarian visits. Owners are responsible for all payments requested from veterinarian and/or emergency veterinarian visits. You are agreeing to reimburse Traveling Pet Sitter for any payments made. Property If, for any reason, a handyman or repair person will need to be called to the premises, Traveling Pet Sitter holds no liability. You will be liable for all payments requested by the handyman or repair person. Privacy Policy Your confidentiality is of utmost importance to Traveling Pet Sitter.
